INAUGURATION OF DOCS AD HOC PARIS ON 7 FEBRUARY!
After the success of Les Moulins de Docs, inaugurated in February 2007 and whose 2 retouching studios have been working full steam ever since, Docs Ad Hoc followed suit and opened up in Paris.
With its 5 retouching studios, its cosy yet high-tech premises and its friendly team specialised in creative retouching, the Parisian version of Docs Ad Hoc has set up premises at 6 rue de Braque in Paris' 3rd arrondissement.
The opening will be commemorated by a major celebration on Thursday 7 February 2008, starting at 7 PM.
On this occasion, the poignant and spellbinding portraits of Vanessa Chambard will be exhibited in the premises of Les Moulin de Docs. For further information: www.vanessachambard.com.
Moreover, the famous still-life photographer Roberto Badin, who was charmed by the team and atmosphere of Docs Ad Hoc, had the original idea to do photos representing the personalities of the 6 team members as still-lives. The results of this original project will be exhibited in the new premises of Docs Ad Hoc on the same evening.

MADE FOR COM OPTS FOR ECO-RESPONSIBLE COMMUNICATION
But what does Eco-responsible communication mean? It means communication which supports sustainable development by reducing its impacts on the environment.
According to Greenpeace figures, the paper industry consumes 1 out of every 5 trees cut down worldwide. On the other hand, one ton of recycled paper saves 17 trees, 20,000 litres of water, the equivalent of 1,000 litres of petrol and numerous polluting waste products, while also halving the amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere. Using recycled paper is thus part of a sustainable development approach, turning waste paper and cardboard into a resource.
Made for Com has decided to opt for this eco-responsible approach by printing its commercial booklet on Cyclus Print, a paper made entirely from recycled materials. This paper has been certified by Ange Bleu, Nordic Swan and NAPM.

NEW WEBSITE FOR SERVICE AFFAIRES
The AVEC OU SANS SUCRE agency is creating the new website of Service Affaires, a subsidiary of LeasePlan.
Service Affaires is the leading long-term chauffeur-driven car hire firm and is now a benchmark on its market, with an extremely high service level. Until now reserved for the top managers of the biggest French companies, the firm is increasingly opening up to SME/SMI decision-makers as well as the executive officers of government bodies which find in this service an incontestable means of further optimising their mobility.
This is the context in which the agency has initiated the overhauling of the firm's strategy which is reasserting its upmarket position through a code which is both sober and prestigious.
While the website is one of the major elements of the 2007/2008 action plan, other media and off-media actions have been developed, including the sponsoring of the Musiques and Adjugé television programmes on LCI, a BtoB press campaign, the holding of events and MD actions.

UNCOMMON PHOTO EXHIBITION AT LES STUDIOS OASIS
To be happy, spend your life in bed…
From 27 November 2007 to 15 January 2008, Les Studios Oasis will be exhibiting the uncommon and surprising photos of Thierry Bouët. It took the photographer, along with journalist Isabelle Moltzer, two years of research to unearth those dreamers and lift the veil on some 80 beds and bedroom secrets. The results are surprising: Mandarin canopy beds, wooden cocoons, floating bubble, module on the peak of a roof, soft cage, Napoleon's camp bed…
Thierry Bouët was born in Paris in 1959. After having been the artistic director of studio Harcourt, he has contributed to various publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle USA, Marie-Claire, Vanity Fair, L’Egoïste and Libération. In 2000, he was voted one of the world's five best photographers by the magazine GQ. Since 1995, his photos are regularly exhibited in numerous countries. Being increasingly focused on society and its moods, he now produces features which are published in the press worldwide.
As for Isabelle Moltzer, she is a journalist and designer specialised in decoration. She has published several books and contributed to publications such as Vogue and Madame Figaro.

On 28 September last, the Made for Com Group extended its upmarket service offer by acquiring Y.M.C.K. and its retouching division Keepcoul, a real benchmark on the graphic arts market.
